Banana Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Products Used: All-Bran Original* Cereal

  • 9 Eggs, separated
  • 3 cups Cottage cheese, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups Kellogg’s* All-Bran Original*cereal
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Diced bananas
  • Butter (optional)
  • Sliced bananas (optional)
  • Maple syrup (optional)


1. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside.
2. In bowl, beat cottage cheese and egg yolks until combined.
3. Gradually beat in cereal, fl our and salt. Stir in diced banana. Fold in egg whites.
4. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, cook on greased griddle or non-stick skillet turning once over medium heat, until golden.
5. Serve with butter, bananas and maple syrup, if desired.
