Coco Crepes

Ingredients
- 3 cups 0% chocolate milk
- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 4 1/2 cups Special K* Low Fat Granola Cereal
- 3 cups 0% strawberry Greek yogurt
- 3 ripe Bananas, sliced
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
- 6 tbsp Icing sugar
- 6 tbsp Chocolate syrup
- 1 1/4 cups Liquid egg substitute
- 6 tbsp slivered almonds, toasted
Directions
1. Whisk together milk, flour and egg substitute until smooth.2. Heat 8-inch skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
3. For each crepe, pour about 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Lift and tilt skillet to form thin layer.
4. Return to heat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until edge is set.
5. Turn and cook other side about 30 seconds.
6. Repeat with remaining batter to make a total of 24 crepes, brushing skillet with vegetable oil, as necessary.
7. In large bowl stir together cereal and yogurt. Spoon down centre of crepes.
8. Top with banana slices and roll up.
9. Top with berries and sugar.
10. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with almonds.
